At Parallel Health, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly so you can begin your personalized skin health journey. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, and costs.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that Custom Rx prescription treatments and Custom Active Phage Serums may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days as they are compounded specifically for you after consultation with our medical team.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more shipped within the continental United States. This threshold is calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders under $50 shipped within the United States, flat shipping rate apply and start at $6.95, which will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment (available for an additional fee)

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after shipment (available for an additional fee)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and your location.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.


International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and your destination country, using current USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx rates.

International Shipping Details

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase

  • Delivery timeframes typically range from 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs

  • Parallel Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions

Restricted Countries

We are unable to ship to certain countries due to regulatory, legal, or logistical constraints. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your order at this time. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@parallelhealth.io

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that expedited and express shipping options are not available for P.O. Box or military addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website or through your Parallel Health account portal. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Parallel Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require payment of additional shipping fees.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Reshipment will require verification of the correct address and may be subject to additional shipping charges. If you do not respond within 30 days, the order may be cancelled without refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Parallel Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you:

  • Track your package and arrange to be present for delivery when possible

  • Request signature confirmation for valuable orders (available for an additional fee)

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages

If you believe your package was not delivered as indicated, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then reach out to our customer support team if you need further assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and products

  2. Contact our customer support team at support@parallelhealth.io within 7 days of delivery

  3. Include your order number, tracking number, and photographs in your communication

We will work with you to arrange a replacement shipment or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions and natural disasters

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Holidays and peak shipping periods

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Parallel Health is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number for the most current information.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday through New Year's), order volumes increase significantly. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Processing and delivery times may be extended during these periods, and expedited shipping options may not guarantee delivery by specific dates.

Subscription Shipments

If you have an active subscription, your products will be automatically shipped according to your selected subscription frequency (monthly, every two months, etc.). You will receive tracking information for each shipment. Your payment method on file will be charged 1-2 days before each subscription shipment is processed.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@parallelhealth.io. We can only modify the shipping address if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
